At Buzz Bomb Caffeine Co., we stand behind our product and want every customer to have a great experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

 

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product (consumable goods), we do not accept physical returns of opened or used products.

We may accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must be unopened and unused

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (see below).

 

 

REFUNDS

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us at support@buzzbombcaffeine within 7 days of delivery


We will:

  • Send the correct item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

 

3. General Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • Contact us at support@buzzbombcaffeine within 30 days of delivery


We may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A partial or full refund at our discretion
