(a) Prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order, as confirmed in your order‑confirmation email. Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless expressly stated.

ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA") UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS‑ACTION LITIGATION OR CLASS‑WIDE ARBITRATION.
